The response and professional attitude of the receptionists (blood takers) practice nurses are exceptional. The wider range of care is very helpful will ease the pressure on the doctors but thanks for the above.

Always happy with surgery though feel time with GP is too rushed - unable to see same GP (or book appts follow ups with GP). Sometimes too rushed where you feel GP has not taken on board all things you need to say.

On Mon 4th Dec it took 59 mins and 30 calls to get through to get attention. Long term and patience shows it is a perennial problem at 0800 each weekday. Surely this can be improved! On 6th attending for an ECG there was a problem getting results and was advised that this a long standing problem which had been reported a number of times to be told not practical to replace equipment as it cost 200 pounds! True to say that since member of St Lukes with Greenswood results have deteriorated.
